Any credit provided will be used in the future, but we can only really analyse past performance. Looking at projections can help, but these are only opinions and it would be dangerous to make lending decisions on an opinion.

We therefore rely on historical information through the financial statements of the client.

WE NEED TO USE THIS HISTORICAL INFORMATION TO UNDERSTAND THE FUTURE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF YOUR CLIENT.

CREDASSIST will analyse your client’s financial statements and provide you with a report within 24 hours, giving detailed information on the critical success factors for your client’s future survival. Factors such as LIQUIDITY, CASH FLOW, FINANCIAL LEVERAGE (GEARING), PROFITABILITY and ACTIVITY will be closely analysed using key financial ratios and comprehensively analysing them using TREND and GAP analysis. You will also be provided with links to TUTORIALS which can be accessed to get a better understanding on the ratios being analysed.

CREDASSIST will provide within one business day the following:

A comprehensive analysis on the financial integrity of your client.
A Cash Flow Statement.
Clearly marked levels of risk using GREEN, AMBER and RED colour coding.
Questions to refer back to the client with regard to risks determined.
Access to Tutorials explaining aspects of the analysis which may be difficult to understand.

We can also provide training on the underlying credit principles used for the analysis (on request).
