Greg has spent over 40 years working in the Banking Industry, more than 20 of these as an independent consultant providing credit and risk training to the industry in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Through years of training bankers in how to assess business risks in borrowing clients, Greg has developed incredible insight on how to assess the FUTURE viability of a business rather than the HISTORICAL performance of the business. His analysis focuses on where the business is going rather than its past performance as the past is NOT a good indicator of future business success.

To analyse financial statements properly takes a long time. It also takes many years of good experience.

CredAssist will perform a comprehensive financial analysis on your client's financial statements based on decades of experience and understanding of the critical success factors for business survival.

A report detailing the financial strength of the business will show:

• Each Critical Success Factor  for survival (CSF) individually analysed
• Risk level indicated by colour code (Red, Amber, Green)
• Possible risk mitigants provided
• Possible questions to ask the client provided for each CSF
• Tutorial links for each financial ratio provided
• Errors in financial information identified
• Full Cash Flow Statement provided
• Trends and Gaps in the financial ratios also shown graphically for easy understanding

It is critical that the financial information is input correctly for a meaningful result.

While there is an option to self input, our preferred method is as follows:

• Contact us for a free trial
• We will provide you with a User Name and Password and register you on the system
• Scan and send the necessary financial information to the same email address
• We will provide the comprehensive report on your account within 24 hours and advise you by return mail that your report is ready
• Use your User Name and Password to access your account and retrieve the Report
• When we register you for the first time, we will send you user friendly instructions on how to access and print your report 
• If the Financial Statements have not been drawn up correctly, you will receive a message stating where the error lies, allowing you to discuss with your client

 To perform a comprehensive Financial Analysis, we require the following information:

• Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet) for TWO to THREE years**
• DETAILED Statement of Comprehensive Income (Income Statement) for TWO to THREE years**
• Notes to Financial Statements for TWO or THREE years*
• Cash Flow Projections for next 12 months*
• Estimated Market Interest Rate (the rate this client would pay on borrowed funds)*
• Industry in which the client operates*

Obviously, for most businesses, their financial information is passed on to financial institutions subject to extremely strict confidentiality.

Having worked in the financial services industry for more than four decades, we are acutely aware of the need for all financial information to be treated with utmost confidence and respect.

For this reason, no names of any business will be displayed in the CREDASSIST system and users will identify their clients by way of a number provided to them.

Furthermore, no user will have any access to another user's information.

Finally, we sign strict Confidentiality Agreements with all our clients ensuring that all sensitive information is secure at all times.

When processing the financial information, none of the data is printed out and once reports have been generated, the financial information is deleted from our files.
